Q: Can I pay with credit card?
A: Yes, you can pay using your credit card or PayPal account.

Q: What is the standard shipping time?
A: Standard shipping time, depends on your geographic location. We invite you to take a look at our <<Shipping>> page to have a general idea of the delivery time.
Q: How do I track my order? (or the Tracking Number dose not work)
A: For our FREE SHIPPING promo, to keep our prices at their lowest, sometime our packages are sent without a tracking number. Occasionally, our courier service will automatically provide a default tracking number. However, this default tracking number won't functional since our courier service isn't the carrier.
Any information provided by our carrier such as  «delivery attempt failed» or «no package found» is wrong. Emails sent after your package has shipped are the right ones to track your order. 
Q: I submitted the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
A: Regrettably, it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so our warehouse is processing them within 15 minutes of receiving them. If a change is necessary please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: Once your order has been received, it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will be sent an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. *Please note, during sale periods and statutory holidays, your purchase may be subject to a delay. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for processing and dispatch.
Q: Why is it that there are things on the website that are out of stock?
A: We do try to keep the website up to date so that this doesn’t happen, however sometimes items sell out really quickly. When this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be frustrating and we are working hard to stop this occurring. If a product is out of stock you sign up to our out of stock notifications by putting your email address in the out of stock box on the product page, we will then notify you when the item is back in stock.
Q: I only received a part of my order, what does that mean?
A: Due to our many international factories, you may receive your order in separate packages. If you happen to receive just a part of your order, stay calm, the rest is on the way!

Q: What are the return or refund policies?

A: You have the right to return all products you have bought from us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.

Depending on the circumstances (major defect or late package arrival), we will refund the product, ship another product or give you a discount. Please take note that we do not accept returns or give a refund if the package is delivered within the delays written on the "shipping page" of our website.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
